As the Summer Marketing Intern at Insider NYC, a membership-based luxury lifestyle management and bespoke travel firm, I had the opportunity to contribute across brand design, visual communication, and marketing collateral refinement. My work focused on enhancing Insider’s digital and print presence, from creating branded itinerary templates and service pricing documents to helping reposition the brand’s tone for new client acquisition.

I collaborated closely with leadership to refine Insider’s messaging and visual storytelling, designing client-facing materials that reflected the company’s core values: excellence, discretion, and efficiency. Through this experience, I gained firsthand insight into the inner workings of a luxury concierge business, helped modernize Insider’s creative assets, and contributed to a brand that redefines lifestyle management for high-net-worth individuals.
